💡Photok is a simple free tool to safely store photos and videos on Android. Imports them with the option to delete them from the original directory, and encrypts them with a symmetric password algorithm.

📌 Details
~ open source in Kotlin (native Android language)
~ no ads or tracking
~ vault is AES-256 encrypted, password is hashed by bcrypt (72 bytes length limit)
~ Material Design 3 style interface with a “gallery” view
~ organizing media into albums
~ auto-lock storage by specified period
~ import/export backup: zip-archive with encrypted files
~ possibility to hide shortcut from the launcher and launch via USSD-code

🤛 Useful for those who take a lot of pictures of things they can atata for. Lacks a container instead of backups so it’s easy to sync devices.
